Willie Boulware Jr., affectionately known as Junior to his family and close friends, peacefully passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, at the age of 71 while at the Hospice Home of High Point, North Carolina. He was born on August 28, 1951, in Great Falls, South Carolina, to Willie and Nannie Perry Boulware, Sr. At an early age, Willie and his family moved to High Point, North Carolina, where he was educated in the High Point public school system. He graduated from High Point Central High School in 1971, and a er graduating, he enlisted into the United States Navy, serving during the Vietnam War. He went on to further his education at North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University and was employed with various furniture showrooms in High Point. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Boulware, Sr.; mother, Nannie Boulware Johnson; stepfather, Lawrence Johnson; and two brothers, James and Timothy Boulware. Willie is survived by: his three sisters, Marie Boulware and Desiree Boulware, both of High Point, NC, and Toni (Charles) Flint of Greensboro, NC; six brothers, Travis Boulware of Rolla, MO, Roger Boulware (Biyanca) of Thomasville, NC, Wilbur (Wyenita) Boulware of Greensboro, NC, Lawrence Boulware (Twon) of Archdale, NC, and Terry Boulware and Robert Boulware (Felicia), both of High Point, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Repass will follow immediately after service at Washington Terrace Community Center.
