Tylan J. Randolph, 25, passed away unexpectedly during his sleep, on July 17, 2022.
He was a young man full of life and lived his life to the fullest. He was so full of life that he had an impact on everyone he met. If you knew him well or barely at all, he always left you thinking, laughing, grateful or angry. He was constantly writing in his journal, goals he wanted to obtain; he knew very well that he would have to climb several hills and maybe, cross the desert, just to put a dent in what he wanted to achieve. It did not matter to him. He celebrated every attempt and accomplishment. He realized the Power in Small WINS! He was a student at Davidson-Davie Community College and worked at Norwegian Cruise Line.
He was born to the late Nathaniel Junior Randolph from Brooklyn, NY and Cortina Garvin of High Point, NC, on December 30, 1996. He was preceded in death by his grandmother (who he loved dearly), grandfather, Nathaniel Randolph Sr, his great-grandfather, Lonnie Gray, Sr and a host of aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his mother, Cortina Garvin, grandfather, Thomas Garvin, brother, Keegan Garvin, sisters, Makayla Brown and Neisha Spears, paternal grandmother, Rebecca Randolph, uncle, Justin Garvin, great grandmother, Attie Gray, special sisters of God, Meghan Jones, Mykia Williams, Ti-Asia Grant and Darricka Ingram, Psoporia Dowdy, Nikkarrsia Howell and several great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
