Timothy "Dankey" Shaw

Timothy Wayne Shaw, age 57 was born in High Point, NC on December 7, 1966, to Mamie Macon Shaw and the late Thomas Joel Shaw.

He was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 10, 2024.

A resident of High Point all his life, “Tim” or “Dankey” as he was called graduated from High Point Central High School, class of 1985.

Tim was a handsome, funny, giving and outgoing ladies’ man who knew how to throw a party back in the day before he encountered his lifelong battle. Tim worked in the furniture industry and car detailing business throughout his years.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Thomas Joel Shaw his big sister, Wanda Gail Shaw.

Tim leaves to keep his memories alive to his unconditional, loving, strong and resilient mother, Mamie Shaw of the home; one sister, Christi Shaw of the home; one niece and nephew, Kelli Lindsay and Jalen McCall both of High Point, NC; one great nephew, Makai Lindsay Belser both of High Point, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
