Theresa Turner

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Theresa turner, who left us on January 17, 2025. Born on March 14, 1971, she was raised in High Point, NC and brought joy to our lives for 53 years.

For everyone who knew Theresa was a shining star with a bright and beautiful energy that radiated wherever she went, she was always on the go and the life of the party, her adventurous spirit and love for life were truly inspiring.

Theresa was an amazing mother, she was known for her loving and caring nature, always putting others first and brightening our days with her humor. She touched the lives of many, taking care of everyone children with dedication and love.

She helped many people through hard situations and would give you the shirt off her back. She was beautiful inside and out, and her presence lit up every room she entered.

She leaves behind her four children: Arteyonna Peguese, Amar Peguese, Shamarria Turner and Teiagie Knuckles (Meldrick) along with children, Hi'keem, Tie'jiahna, Ty' Drick, Ty'Mel, Messiah and Me'Laiya. Her siblings, Derrick Phifer, Kenny Phifer (Michelle), Tony Phifer (Renee), Rodney Phifer and Michael Phifer will miss her dearly, her father; Frankie Bowden, sisters, Angela Hines (Calvin), Sharon (Lewis (Wesley) and brother, Robert Bowden (Mary) also mourn her passing. Theresa was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Austin Bowden and her father, James Phifer, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Keith Phifer, Frankie Bowden and grandchild, Majesty.

Theresa's laughter and love will forever in the hearts of her family and friends, her presence enriched our lives, and her memory will continue to inspire us.

Rest in peace, dear Theresa, you will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
