Shawnqueze "Shawn" Ingram

Mr. Shawnqueze Lashe’ Ingram, age 29, of High Point, North Carolina departed this earthly life untimely and unexpectedly on Sunday, November 7, 2021. “Shawn,” as he was called, was welcomed into this world on July 19, 1992, in High Point, North Carolina to Andria Parker and Lendale Ingram. Shawn was best known for being a “counselor” to others. He named himself “The Emotional Gangster.” His friends called him “The Love Doctor.” Shawn would always remind his family that he knew God and would often say, “God got me!” Shawn was a man that marched to his own beat. He was a leader and the life of the party in his own right. Shawn was small in stature, but walked as a giant. He would always bring good vibes everywhere he went. He enjoyed family occasions and sharing time with friends, making music about his life experiences. Shawn will truly be missed. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Robella Little; maternal grandfather, Anthony Roach, Sr.; an aunt, Veronica “Rock” Marsh; great-uncle, Vernon Ingram; and a cousin, Caleb Roach. He leaves to cherish loving memories: his mother, Andria (Roy) Parker; his father, Lendale (Tina) Ingram; paternal grandmother, Daisy Ingram; step-grandfather, James Little; bonus mom, Gwendolyn Johnson; three brothers, Perry Johnson, Lendale Ingram, Jr., and Ashton Parker; four sisters, Shaneiria Lee, Layla Ingram, Jada, and Janaria Brooks; three uncles, Anthony Roach, Jr., Johnathan (Charitta) Roach, and Timothy Jones; two aunts, Imogene (Kedrick) Shore and Jasmine (Larry) Sampson; two great-aunts, Lucia (Alfonzo) Hairston and Addie (Wallace) Douglas; great-uncle, Jimmy (Shirley) Ingram; one niece, Armani Cooper; one nephew, Alexander Lee-Veasey; and a host of cousins and special friends.
