Sandra LeGrand

Sandra Bethea Legrand entered to rest on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at WFBMC-High Point Health System. 

“Chank” as she was called, was born on January 20, 1967, to the late John Bryant Jr. Of Jacksonville, FL and Lottie Mae Bethea of Dillion, SC.  

Sandra was affectionately known and loved by many. She enjoyed spending time with her children, her siblings, and family. 

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Acie Legrand; one sister, Margaret Bethea Legrande. 

Sandra leaves to cherish her loving memories to her two sons, Rueben “Devin” Legrand and Abraham Legrand of Aiken SC; one very special niece and caregiver of the home Lekeisha Bethea; four grandchildren, Zydairyn, Aubree, Jauhan, and Jamir; four sisters, Mary Bethea (Melvin Dow), Shirl Bethea, all of High Point, NC, Sheila McMilan (Early B. McMilan Jr.) of Newport News, VA. Stephanie Kelly of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, John Bryant and Nakia Anthony Bryant (Shamik Bryant) all of New York, NY; one very special Godson, Kingston Simmons; one stepdaughter, LaAciea Middlebrooks and bonus daughter, LaQuana Medley of High Point, NC.

There’s also a host of family and friends that holds a special place in her heart. Those who knew Sandra loved her and she will be missed by many.
