Rufus Reagan Alford

Rufus (Rudy) Roy Reagan Alford, 41, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2015. Born April 20, 1974, in High Point, NC, he was the son of Rufus Parker and Carolina Alford.

Rufus was preceded in death by one brother, Horace Leak and one stepbrother, Anthony Mack Smith.

He was a very loving, very giving, outgoing man with a smile that cures your soul, Rufus loved his family, cars and fashion.

He left behind his lifelong loving soul mate, Charmeka "Meekie" Chung. To cherish his memories, he leaves behind three boys, Deandrea Finely, Cayenne "Chevy" Chung Alford and Demario Lewis, three daughters, Madsion Alford, Ashelynn Alford and Kierstin Richardson, four sisters and brothers-in-law all of High Point, NC, Mary and Willie Warren, Catherine and Ronnie Quick, Lucinda and Charles Cook and Lateesha Houston, three brothers, James Willie Alford, Michael Alford and Adrian White, three step-brothers, Vernon McMillion, Tyrone Smith and Emmanuel Smith, three step-sisters, Evangelist Melodie Smith Golden, Lakenya Dillard and Denise Smith all of High Point, NC and mother of soulmate Bonnie Claiborne along with grandparents of soulmate, Mr. & Mrs. Claiborne all of Hagerstown, MD and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
