Roberta Poe

Roberta Poe, age 96, formally of McColl, SC passed away on Monday, July 8,
2013 at High Point Regional Hospital.  She was born in Fairmont, NC on December
25, 1916 to the late Frank and Lizzie Moore Alford.
Roberta was employed with McColl Middle School  for 45 years.  She recently
relocated to High Point after residing in McColl, SC for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Poe, one son, William White;
four sisters; four brothers; two grandsons, Harold White and Wilbert Brown.
Those left to cherish her memories, Margaret Hope, Estella White, Roberta
(Nathaniel) Bridges, Carolyn Strickland all of High Point, NC, Helen Martin of
McColl, SC, Wayne Brown of Atlanta, GA, James White, Larry (Marie) Martin,
William White and Pete Brown all of High Point, NC; a host of great
grandchildren, great great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces other
family and friends.
