Robert Lewis Williams

Deacon Robert Lewis Williams was a loving husband and father of ten children.  He took his journey to be with the Lord on December 1, 2023, at the age of 69.

He was born and raised in Halifax County, NC to Mrs. Addie Lee Williams and Mr. Albert Williams on February 22,1954. He attended Brawley High School. God was always first in Deacon Robert’s life.  He was a member of the Victory Center Church were served as a deacon under the leadership of Apostle Timothy L. Warren.

He worked for James Clyburn Concrete company as a team leader.

He had a passion for serving others, hosting family events, and caring for others.  Deacon Robert would help anyone he could.  He also enjoyed activities such as fishing, hunting, bowling, mowing lawns, cooking, working on cars, and assisting with the students in the High Point Central Marching Band.

Deacon Robert was preceded in death his parents; one son, J.R.; one brother, Willie; sisters, Pearl, Dot, Rose and Christine.

Left to cherish his wonderful moments and memories are his wife, Deborah Williams; nine children, Addie, Ryan, Michelle, Shavonda, Curtina, Faatimah, Raymond, Robert, and Cassandra; four brothers, Albert, Authur, James and David; two sisters, Lora and Nora; a god-son, Warren Reed Jr.; along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
