Rhonda Green

Rhonda Green, 38, of Kernersville, NC and formerly of High Point, NC passed away on January 13, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Rhonda was born on March 31, 1971, in High Point, NC to James Haywood and Avis Brown Baldwin. She was a 1989 graduate of Southwest Guilford High School, while attending Southwest, she was an exchange student in Spain. She completed her freshman year at North Carolina Central University in 1990, in 2004, Rhonda received her bachelor's degree in Business from High Point University and had plans to return her master's degree, she began a career as a manager for Walgreen's. She enjoyed traveling and her favorite vacation spot was the beach. Rhonda was very comedic and always made everyone laugh, her laugh and smile was infectious. She was a member of Temple Memorial Baptist Church for several years, while there she and her son were baptized in 2001. She also served a brief term as Secretary/Treasurer for her Missionary group.

Rhonda is survived by her sons, Eric Green of the home, Robert Minty Jr and Cedric Green of High Point, NC, her mother, Avis Baldwin of High Point, NC, her father Reverend Bobby W Green Jr of High Point, NC, her biological father, Jimmy Haywood of High Point, NC, her sisters, Africa Green of High Point, NC, Ebony Green of Winston-Salem, NC, her brother, Bobby "Fuse" Green III of New York, her maternal grandmother, Corinne Battle of High Point, NC and a host of aunts, uncles, a niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
