Pamela Williams

January 29, 1954 — May 31, 2020

Pamela Howie Williams (age 66), devoted, loving, classy, spunky, fashionable, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2020, this is who Pamela was. Born on January 29, 1954, to Pearlie Mae Taylor and Reginald Taylor Sr., in High Point, NC, she attended Guilford County Schools. She was married to Boyd “B.J.” Williams Jr. Pamela was a faithful member of Williams Memorial CME Church for 14 years. She served diligently in the gospel and senior choirs until her health began to decline. Pam, as she was affectionately called, had a true talent with fashion, and she loved to shop, especially at her favorite stores, CATO Fashions and Roses. Pam also loved to cook; her favorite dish was spaghetti. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Kaye Howie. She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Rev. Boyd Williams Jr., of the home; three children, Faye (Curtis) Johnson, Bobby (Carmecita) Williams, and Leslie Graves, all of High Point, NC; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four sisters, Gail Hughes, Annie Johnson, Sylvia Purnell, and Jenny Johnson; two brothers, Stanley Howie and Henry Taylor; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
