Ms. Carrie McBride

Ms. Carrie McBride transitioned from earth to glory on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at her home. She was born May 20, 1948 in Conway, SC to Murphy and Rosa Lee McBride, both of Conway, S.C.

Carrie worked for Harris and Covington for 22 years and retired May 2019. Carrie loved the Lord! She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren and looked forward to family gatherings. She was known to have a heart of gold and would help anyone she could.

Carrie was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters: Mildred McBride, Sarah Potts, and Lisa Baker; three brothers: John McBride, Sonny McBride, and Casey McArthur Jr.; one grandson, Leon White, III.

Left behind to cherish her memories are: one daughter, Linda Moore and one son, Jonathan Boulware (Alana) both of High Point, NC; three sisters, Myrtle McBride, Carolyn McBride both of High Point, NC & Joyce McBride of Conway, S.C.; one brother, Tim McArthur of Maxton, NC; three grandchildren, Ja’Miya Boulware, Makenzie White and Kadence Boulware; four step-grandchildren, Joycorie Campbell, Simon Campbell, Kira Moore and Rick Moore, Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews & godchildren.

Carrie will truly be missed by her family and friends. She will forever be cherished in the hearts of her family and many others who were blessed to know her.
