Michael Ellison "Turtle"

Michael Dwayne Ellison, age 46, of High Point, North Carolina, departed this earthly life on Friday, January 13, 2023. Known as “Turtle,” he was born on March 7, 1976. Michael attended T. Wingate Andrews High School. Michael was a fun, loving, giving, and gentle person. He will truly be missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. James Eddie Ellison. Michael leaves to cherish his memories to his loving mother, Ms. Ola Mae Ellison of the home; one daughter, Shi’Mani Johnson; his siblings, Bernard Mathies, Adrienne Ellison-Massey (Charles), and Iris McNair (Rodney); three nieces, Cubra, Shakira, and Pasche Ellison; three nephews; along with two additional nieces; great-niece and a great nephew, Yaileigh and Ayden Ellison; god-son, Travion London; and a host of other family and friends.
