Louvenia Carrie Kirkpatrick Isaac, 83, of High Point, NC went to rest in the arms of her Heavenly Father on Friday morning, March 18, 2011. She was born on June 4, 1927, to the late Mr. Alonzo and Mrs. Emma Graves Kirkpatrick.
Mother Isaac was a member and full supporter of her church, Temple of Prayer Praise and Deliverance. She served on the Mother's Borad and Kitchen Committee. She served on the Mother's Board and Kitchen Committee and was best known for her "fried chicken!" Mother Isaac loved her church and church family. Her previous church was St. Paul United Church of Gid where she sang on the choir, served on the Missionary Board and was the secretary of the Sunday School Department.
Mrs. Isaac to cherish her memories; five children, Harold Kirkpatrick, Harry Lee Isaac Jr., Cynthia Isaac and Phyllis Kirkpatrick all of High Point, NC; Ronald (Deborah) Isaac of Sedgefield, NC; one sister, Bertha Purcell of Fayetteville, NC; one brother, Ellison "Frank" (Carol) Kirkpatrick of High Point, NC; 13 grandchildren, Onzlo, Alton, Harold, Teresa, Everett, Chris, Keisha, Calvin, Tambitha, Melvin, Maria, Ronald Jr and Brittany' 16 great grandchildren, among those, Ebony, Nydia and Ely Pender, who loved her dearly and called her "Nana," two god-daughters, Denise and Patricia Crone; special friends, Latanya Pender and Angela Sturdivant; Special thanks to her longtime friend, Mother Willie Cathey; a host of nieces, nephews other cousins and friends.
