Lillie Bell Brown, 67, affectionately known to most as "Bell," went from labor to reward on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. She was born on January 15, 1944, in Marlboro County, South Carolina, to the late Preston and Arleatha McKoy Campbell. She moved to High Point at an early age.
She loved life and enjoyed spending time with her family. Bell worked as a CNA most of her life until her health began to decline. She was a member of Wiliams Memorial CME Church.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Eli Campbell, Neal Campbell and Oletha Campbell and two sisters, Mary Mitchell and Louise Cain.
She leaves to cherish her memories; Four daughters, Melissa Brown of the home, Debora (Benny) Garrison of Winston-Salem, NC, Michelle (Omar) Mininall of Winston-Salem, NC and Melinda (Terrone) Jasper of Greensboro, NC; One son; Ervin (Stephanie) Brown of High Point, NC; Two sisters,; Louanna Inman and Ethel Mae Jordan ; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren;; Two uncles, One aunt; Four sisters-in-law; Three brothers-in-law; a special friend Archie Quick and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
