Keeyonn Dunlop

November 1, 1966 — September 16, 2020

Keeyonn Joseph "KD" Dunlop, age  53, loss his fight with multiple sclerosis on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 while peacefully surrounded by love ones at home.

Born November 1, 1966 in Newark, NJ, but he was proudly raised in Elmsford, NY in Westchester County until he moved to High Point, NC in 1989.  Keeyonn worked over a decade at Belk’s department store as a Manager at Four Seasons Mall.  His love for people gained him many friends, including his co-workers and customers.  He was admired because his friendly and sincere heart. Keeyon was later employed with Burlington Coat Factory in Greensboro as the store Manager.  Despite his childhood struggle with dyslexia, Keeyonn was inwardly inspired to go back to school where he earned a B.S. degree in Business from UNCG.


Those left to cherish his beautiful memories includes his mother, Marguerite Dunlop of Elmsford, NY; father, Willard “Rocky” VanLiew of Somerset, NJ; one brother Boyd Dunlop; two sisters, Shenequah Dunlop, and Danielle VanLiew; extended family in New Jersey and New York.
