James Froneyberger

Mr. James Froneyberger, 78, was called to be with his Lord Jesus on Saturday, March 5, 2022. He was born on January 11, 1944, in York, SC to Quinn Froneyberger and Daisy Haynes Froneyberger. He belonged to a family of five siblings. James was an active member of Solid Rock Baptist Church for many years. He loved singing with the Male Chorus and the Spiritual Choir. He was also on the Trustee Board. James retired from the City of High Point. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Erica Medley Davis; parents; two brothers, John Froneyberger and Michael Froneyberger; and three sisters, Christine Rainey, Francine Froneyberger, and Eda Goodwin. James leaves to always cherish his memories: his beloved wife of 45 years, Dorothy Medley Froneyberger, of the home; two children, Cassandra Brown Wallace and Jamesiea Brown, both of Cleveland, OH; three stepchildren, Mary Napper, John Medley, and Lacy Medley, all of High Point, NC; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Shakeda Burns, Ricky Burns, Laquita Burns, and Robert Napper, all of High Point, NC; a host of other family members to cherish; and the Martin family for all their love and support for many years.
