James Foster

Mr. James Thomas Foster, 66 departed this earthly life on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at High Point Regional Health System.  He was born June 28, 1950 to the late

Roosevelt and Blanch Diggs Foster in Anson County, NC.

James worked as a long haul truck driver before retiring due to health reasons.  He enjoyed singing, fishing and talking, talking and talking to his friends at McDonald's early in the morning, or to anyone who would listen.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Flora Massey.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Hattie Foster of the home; one son, James Gerald Thomas; stepson, Tony Lawson; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
