Mr. Henry Thomas Parson was born May 15, 1949 to Abraham Parson Sr. and Irene Tatum in Cheraw, SC.
He departed this life on September 26, 2017 at the Hospice Home in High Point.
Henry join U.S. Marines after high school and received an honorable discharge. Henry loved planting, watering his flowers, cooking, washing his cars and especially going to the Flea Market with brother “Sonny.” For 20 years he was an employee of Marsh-Armfield as a truck driver, he also worked part-time for Greensboro Metal.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Abraham Parson Jr.
Those left to cherish her memories is his loving wife of 40 years, Clara Parson; his children, Thomas Stubbs of New Jersey, Dionne (Scottie) Lampkin, Tonya Parson, Javon Walden all of High Point and Dominique Parson of Florida; grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Joann Lowery, Minnie (Howard) Williams, Mary Frances (Pastor Alphonso) Martin; one brother, James (Sharon) Parson all of High Point; one aunt, Helen (Frank) Royal and one uncle, Willie Parson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
