Mrs. Gloria Lasandra Dunlap Tillman, known as “Glory” was called home by God on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – High Point Health System.
A resident of High Point all her life, Gloria was born to Ella Bell Dunlap and Monk Wallace on December 19, 1951.
Gloria graduated from T. Wingate Andrews High School and later went to college at A&T University. She was a loyal and dedicated coordinator in the Domestic field. Gloria was only one call away and her presence was known. She was highly respected in the community. She was a member of Resurrection Christian Center. Gloria will truly be remembered for her passion for serving God and loving her family. She liked fashion and exercising.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Carolyn “Tiny” Dunlap, Diane Dunlap Mitchell, Linda Dunlap, Shirley Dunlap and Mary Ann Wallace; three brothers, Johnny “Boy” Dunlap, Charles “Cookie” Dunlap and Pat Wallace; a special niece, who was like a daughter, Lisa Dunlap.
Gloria leaves to cherish her loving memories to her husband, Bo Tillman of the home; stepchildren, Jeff and Pam Tillman and seven grandchildren all of High Point, NC; three sisters, Rosa Dunlap of High Point, NC, Anna Wallace of Texas, and Janice Wallace of Georgia; four brothers, Eddie Dunlap of Germany, Chubby Wallace, Tyrone Wallace and Eldorado Wallace all of Evanston, IL; a special cousin like a sister, Marvella Frazier; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
