Mrs. Erica Marie Medley Davis, age 41 went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at High Point Regional Hospital after a brief illness. Erica was born in High Point, NC on August 23, 1972.
Erica graduated from High Point Central High School, class of 1991 where she played basketball, volleyball and sang in the school choir. She was very well known.
A resident of High Point most of her life, Erica relocated to Stallings, NC. She met and married to Ike Davis.
She leaves behind cherished memories to her husband, Ike Davis of the home; three children, Tokota J. (Charli) Waden of Charlotte, NC and Talica I. Medley of High Point, NC and Natalie Wheeler; her mother and father, Dorothy Medley Froneyberger and James Froneyberger of High Point, NC; four sisters, Mary (Rickey) Napper-Burns of High Point, NC, Cassandra Wallace and Jamesiea Brown both of Cleveland, OH, Amanda Jamison of High Point, NC and Michelle Burris of High Point, NC; three brothers, Lacey Medley of Charlotte, NC, John Medley of High Point, NC and Reggie Davis of Cheraw, SC; special uncle, Thomas Crawford; two special aunts, Christine Rainey of Providence, RI and Francine Froneyberger of High Point, NC; special nieces, Shakeda and LaQuita Burns; two grandchildren, Takota Smith and Zy'Asia Wilson; a host of other loved ones and friends.
