Danny Davis

Danny Purcell Davis, 39, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Monday, January 10, 2022. Danny was born on July 9, 1982, in High Point, NC, to Larry Purcell Blockem and Karen Lee Davis. He was a resident of High Point, NC all of his life, attending Guilford County public schools where he met a lot of friends. "Wookie." as he was affectionally called by his mother, was a loving, caring and funny young man. He always knew how to make those around him laugh, he loved spending time with his mother, father, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Harrington and his grandfather, maternal grandparents, Annie Ruth Bowens and Eddie Lee Davis. Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Karen Davis, his father, Larry Blockem, three children, Dajuan, Demetrius and Makayla, Danny also leaves aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and close friends.
