Damilyon Raewkon Monroe better known as “Dolla” was born September 13, 2003 in Winston Salem, North Carolina to Tambra Parson and Donald Monroe.
Damilyon graduated from RJ Reynolds High School class of 2021. He had a love for football and played with the Winston Salen Indians. He traveled with the Indians to Florida, and they won championships in 2013 and 2014. He loved Basketball and played on many courts. He loved video games, and he would be on line all night playing with friends. Going to the beach and the love of old music was another past time.
He worked at Atrium Windows and Doors.
Damilyon was preceded in death by two great-grand fathers: Allen Parson and James Monroe. One grandfather, Donald Gordon. One great aunt Christie Parson.
He is survived by his mother Tambra Parson and father Donald Monroe. One sister, Zamaria Monroe. Grandmothers, Kimberly Parson and Bernice Murphy. Grandfather, Sammy Johnson. Great-grandmothers, Bettye Parson, Catherine Monroe and Melroise Johnson.
He has a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Damilyon grew up on the southside of High Point with many friends that he still associates with: Dylan, Tre, Cam, Debo and little James.
After moving to the Tre-4 he got acquainted with many friends on the basketball courts. Koree, Tahj, Fabre, Zerrick, Quez and Cintrell. Special friend Trinity (Alainah) and his birthday twin Princess. Lots of other friends and acquaintances.
