Cora Ann Morris, 65, known by family and friends as “Bitty-Gal” gained her wings on December 29, 2022, at her home in High Point, NC.
She was born on January 13, 1957, in Thomasville, NC to the late, Catherine Morris Carolina and Walter White.
Cora attended Thomasville Public Schools. She was employed in nursing for over 20 years and was last employed by Britthaven of Thomasville before retiring due to health issues. Cora loved to watch westerns, her favorite being The Long Ranger. She also loved watching Family Feud. She sometimes said that she had seen every episode of each TV show.
In addition to her parents, Cora was preceded in death by her grandmothers; Elizabeth Revels who she affectionately called “Mama” and Rosa White; two aunts, Doris Barnes, and Eva Mae Daughtridge.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Three children, Dedrick Morris, Tia Morris, and Ramon (Amy) Morris all of High Point, NC; one sister, Stacey Carolina of Thomasville, NC; three brothers, Kevin (Jennifer) Carolina of Knoxville, TN; Craven (Kim) Fordham of High Point, NC, and Donnell White of High Point, NC; her husband and forever friend, Cokely McKnight Jr of Dillon, SC; three grandchildren, Maston Kindley Jr, AJ Lindsay, and Cory Lindsay all of High Point, NC; one great grandchild, Luna Love Kindley; her loyal and faithful service dog, Peebles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
