Carol Mae Branch

Carol Mae Breeden Branch of High Point, North Carolina, left us to return home with the Lord on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at the age of 62. She was born on January 20, 1960, in Bennettsville, South Carolina, to Willie B. Breeden and Annie Ray Breeden. She was the oldest of ten children. Carol Mae was employed at High Point University and High Point Furniture Market. However, she enjoyed being a homemaker more. Her pleasures varied depending on the day and which version of her you would encounter. The family acknowledged it as her “Breeden/ Branch days.” Her Branch days included just being left alone to her daytime soap stories and Lifetime movies; the Breeden days involved enjoying the family while listening to her oldies but goodies. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Lee Breeden; brothers, Albert Lee Breeden and Willie Green; one sister, Vera Lee Breeden; and her grandparents, Susanna and Tracy Ray Those left to cherish her memories include: her husband, Timothy Dale Branch of High Point, North Carolina; father, Willie B. Breeden of High Point, North Carolina; one daughter, Keena Breeden (Elliott “JoJo” Griffin) both of High Point, North Carolina; grandchildren, JoMontre Breeden and Jaliyah Breeden; great-grandson, Javion Breeden; her siblings, Charles Ray, Willie Ann Breeden, William Breeden, Bernard Breeden, Valerie (Michael) Mitchell, and Sandra Breeden, all of High Point, North Carolina, Simon (Crystal) Breeden of Greensboro, North Carolina, and Aileen Simmons, Beatrice Simmons, Lamont Simmons, and Isaiah Green, all of Charlotte, North Carolina; in-laws, Bobby (Branch) Crawford, Becky Branch, Kenneth Branch, and Clay Branch, all of Greensboro, North Carolina; as well as many other relatives and friends.
