Billy Locklear

Billy Lynn Locklear, age 69 departed this life on Monday, June 4, 2018.  He was born April 3, 1949 to the late of Harley Oxendine and Fronie Daringer.

He was born in Fairmont, NC and relocated to High Point, NC at the age of 18.  Billy retired Technimark of Asheboro, NC.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved daughter, Tosha Roberson Powers.

He leaves behind his companion and caregiver of 43 years, Teresa Roberson; two grandchildren, Deven Powers and Alexis Powers of the home; one brother, L.C. Locklear, of LakePlacid, FL; two sisters, Margie Deal of Lumberton, NC and Nancy Daringer of Lexington, NC; many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends; two sons, Stonnie Ray and Little Billy.
