Mrs. Argie Caldwell of High Point departed this earthly on Thursday, January 2, 2014. She was born on May 9, 1957 in Mt. Gilead, NC to John A. Christian and Argie Mae Little Christian. She was employed with Allstate Insurance Company. Argie was a member of Temple Memorial Baptist Church. She loved greeting people on Sundays. She leaves to cherish her memories her devoted husband of 35 years, Lavandis B. Caldwell of the home; children, Latitia (Cho’Zon) Bowman of Greensboro, Ulandis (La Kisha) Caldwell, of Jamestown, Octavia (Mark) Caldwell of High Point and Lavandis (Erica) of Jackson AL; her parents, John and Argie Mae Christian of High Point; grandchildren, Aryeh Miller and Ayanna Bishop; siblings, Arthur Little, High Point; Diane (Lee) Eleby, High Point; Brenda (Thomas) Humphrey, Greensboro; Jeanette Reid, High Point and Walter (Sherrilyn) Little, of Thomasville; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; many other relatives and friends who are too many to name.
