Annette Dickerson was born on June 2, 1970, in Thomasville, NC, the second child of Morris and Bennie Mae Dickerson.
She departed this life on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Hospice of the Piedmont in High Point, NC.
Annette graduated from High Point Central High School, class of 1990, in High Point, NC. Annette enjoyed bowling, fishing, listening to old school music, but most of all spending time with her family and friends. Annette never met a stranger. She loved babysitting for family and friends and helped with the rearing of the children that she watched. Annette did anything she could for anyone that needed her help. Annette had a laugh that reigned all over with whomever she came in contact with. She was known by many and will be missed by many.
Annette was preceded in death by her mother, Bennie Mae Dickerson; her brother, Morris Thomas Dickerson; maternal grandparents, Bennie Leak and Mary Ross Sturdivant Leak; paternal grandparents, Richard Dickerson and Alethea Riley Dickerson,
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Billy Haywood Parker, High Point, NC; her father, Morris Dickerson, High Point, NC, her sister; Alethea (Christopher) Richbourg, Thomasville, NC, her brother; Richard Dickerson, High Point, NC, one niece, Averee Gregg; two nephews; Morris Gregg and Christopher; one great niece; Christiana Ava Gregg; three uncles; Thomas (Lilly) Leak (Lilly), Larry (Thelma) Dickerson and Barry Leak; seven aunts, Roeather Leak, Mary Leak, Betty Ann (Gus) Robinson, Barbara Ann Canty, Robin Leak, Janice Leak and Priscilla Bridges; father in law, Billy Parker, mother-in- law, Betty Parker; and a host of cousins and friends whom she loved dearly,.
